We called Brandon from DFW Prospecs for our home inspection. He was able to make it out the next day! Everything is... extremely professional and organized. It made the entire nerve wrecking process very smooth. We met him at the house and he patiently answered every question in detail and took time to make us understand everything he was inspecting and how to fix it. Plus they will come out before closing and check to make sure everything has been fixed up to code free of charge. The website where you can review your inspection Is very user friendly. I feel so fortunate that Brandon was the guy inspecting our first potential home. He was extremely thorough, very... patient with my endless questions and even polite enough to laugh at my bad jokes. Brandon was honest about the deficits of the home while providing valuable information as to how we might re-mediate some of the issues should we decide to purchase. He gave us great tips on how to view a home (open all the doors! turn on the faucets!) and I love that he offers pre-offer inspections. Brandon was on-time to the inspection, professional--yet personable--in his interactions with us and with our realtor. He did a great job of making us feel informed not only about this particular property, but in some of the ins-and-outs of this entire process. His inspection report was easily readable with pertinent information and explanations that people like us (never owned a home and absolutely zero idea of how to care for one!) could digest. I strongly feel that Brandon's inspection saved us from an investment that would have proved to be terrible.
